Current Herd: Tequila, Klu, Casey, Jacque, Jackson, Prince, Rhyan & Echo.

Special Notes: Starting Oct. 20-22, 2018- Prince, Jackson, and Tequila have hind leg injuries.  (Photos supplied by request).  Prince and Jackson under vet care by Dr. Howey, Tequila was determined not to need vet care by owner and vet on Oct. 22nd.

Oct. Daily Care:
Hay: 4 bales daily or about 160 lbs which is 20 lbs per horse per day.
Grain: about 14 lbs or 2 lbs each horse EXCEPT Tequila (taken out of pen at feeding time via owner request).
Water: Free choice, cleaned every 1 to 3 weeks, depending on weather conditions, less in winter
Salt: Trace mineral block, new one just added Oct. 19th
Stall: Jacque and Casey stalled as needed for weather conditions, determined by ranch

Trip Changes:
I will be going on a trip from Nov. 5-23, 2018. During that time (or slightly before and after it) the following changes will take place:
-No blanketing service offered.  Owners are responsible to put blankets on/off their own horses.
-Graining time maybe shifted to help care givers schedule things easier
-Tequila will be eating with herd during grain time
-As always, please check your horses over often for any injuries or health issues.

Barn horse (Willie) is out with the herd during the day.  He gets 1/3 bale or as much as he can clean up on a normal night in his stall with t...
